Leaf temperature vs dew point

The Stomata Camera measures leaf temperature directly. Microscopic condensation forms on leaves and fruit long before it is visible, and fungal pressure builds while air data still looks safe.

Condensation risk: leaf temperature (T leaf) at or below dew point (T dewpoint)

When the leaf drops to the dew point, water condenses on it. The red dots in the chart mark those moments.
